I would like to share my experience with CEIKA and thank the team for both an excellent product and outstanding customer service.

When I started looking for aftermarket suspension for my Infiniti QX70, my goal was unusual for a coilover setup. I wasn’t looking for a stiff, track-focused suspension—I wanted better comfort over rough roads while maintaining good stability and body control.

I was initially very skeptical about coilovers because most aftermarket options tend to be firmer than factory suspension. Before ordering, I exchanged more than ten emails with CEIKA just to make sure the setup would meet my requirements! The team was extremely patient, responsive, and helpful, and configured my order specifically toward their softer, comfort-oriented option.

My setup uses approximately 12K front and 10K rear spring rates, with front helper springs, 30-way front and 18-way rear damping adjustment. I have also lowered the vehicle approximately one inch front and rear.

What surprised me most after installation was that, at the softer settings, the suspension was actually too soft for my preference and the vehicle felt slightly floaty—exactly the opposite of what I had feared from aftermarket coilovers!

After experimenting with the adjustments, I found approximately +15 clicks at the front and 15–16 clicks at the rear to provide an excellent balance. The QX70 now feels comfortable yet controlled and planted.

I have covered approximately 1,500 km with the suspension, including a demanding 1,200 km road trip with two adults, luggage, and some extremely poor road conditions. At times I was genuinely worried about damaging my new suspension, but it handled everything impressively. Afterward, there were no oil leaks, visible damage, or noticeable deterioration. This gave me a lot of confidence in the quality and durability of the CEIKA system.

Overall, I am extremely happy with my decision. CEIKA gave me exactly what I was looking for: improved comfort, excellent adjustability, good body control, and the ability to fine-tune the suspension to my preference. Most importantly, the customer service throughout the ordering process was phenomenal.

There is one small issue for which I would appreciate CEIKA’s technical advice. At approximately 10 clicks on the rear dampers, I occasionally experienced a noticeable thud during compression over larger bumps. Increasing the rear damping to around 16 clicks significantly reduced the noise.

The vehicle is lowered approximately one inch, and during installation I set the adjustable rear shock length approximately equal to the factory shock length. I also remember CEIKA’s instructions mentioning that around two-thirds of the rear shock should remain visible at normal ride height.

Could the thud be related to insufficient compression travel or bump-stop engagement? And with the vehicle lowered one inch, should the rear shock length be adjusted differently rather than matching the original factory shock length?

This is only a technical question and does not change my overall experience with the suspension, which has been extremely positive.

CEIKA Custom Coilovers for Lexus ES300 VCV10 (91~97)

I got my new Falkens(205/55/16) and got them mounted on my new wheels. Test-fitted them today. They look "amazing!" Was going to drive to L'oe Show next weekend. Weather's not supposed to be great so I'm going to.BigSoCal in San Diego next Saturday. Getting car resprayed at DH Auto in Frederick, MD. Can't wait! Then I'll post pics. Incredible experience dealing with Ceika!!

I couldn’t be happier with my Ceika coilovers for my 2000 Honda Accord Euro R. I explained to Ceika exactly what I wanted since the car is my daily driver, and they listened to everything I asked for and set them up accordingly.

The ride is smooth and comfortable for everyday driving, but the car also handles corners noticeably better than before. It feels much more planted and controlled without sacrificing the comfort I wanted.

Communication with Ceika was also excellent throughout the entire process. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure the coilovers were built to suit my needs.

If you’re looking for quality coilovers and great customer service, I highly recommend Ceika. Do yourself a favor and order a set, you won’t be disappointed!

These rotors are great quality. The previous set gave great mileage and performance for the price .

We run these Ceika rotors on our race car they have never warped, even under the most extreme conditions, you won't find a better quality rotor! Also they last a very long time due to how thick they are!

It's a firm, performance oriented suspension that behaves as you would expect it to. I originally received the wrong top hat adapters for my car but Ceika sent replacements within 2 weeks.

Wanted some new wheels for my MKIII Vento. Rotiform, BBS, Rita just didn't have what I was looking for. Came across Ceika's website. Saw what I wanted. Sent them an email with specs. Gauthier emailed me and sent rendering of wheels. Wired him the money. People are always leery of sending money, especially overseas and to people they don't know.

After placing order, Gauthier emails me and says "they won't have material for 2-piece wheels for 2 months and would I mind a monologs wheel." I said "no." Lo and behold the price difference was $1200.00. Gauthier wired the difference back to me! That is "amazing!" He's could've made up some bulls hit and just kept it. That "blew me away!" In 2026.

I just got the wheels and they are GORGEOUS! I can't wait to mount some new Falkens and put them on my car.

Cannot thank Ceika and their people for these incredible wheels!! They had the color I wanted. They were reasonable. And their professionalism is "unmatched! The L'oe Show is on early September. My car is gonna knock them dead!
